Apartment’s des­cription

Location

The apartment is situated in a villa in Nové Město pod Smrkem. The villa is surrounded by beautiful garden with full grown trees, lawn and a tennis court. The owner lives in the villa. The apartment has its own entrance.

Equipment

Apartment is located in the first floor of the house. The windows have eastward and southward orientation. You enter the apartment through a winter garden with rattan chairs and small table. From the winter garden you enter douleroom with two single beds, TV/SAT. Further you continue to spacy kitchen with dining corner. There is also a hall from which you enter another doubleroom with posibility of 1–2 extra beds and a bathroom equipped with shower, bath, washbasin and toilet.
